Evidence upload fails

Symptoms

  • Upload stalls, errors, or the artifact does not appear.

Likely causes

  • File type or size constraints.
  • Network interruption.

How to fix

  • Try a smaller file or a supported format.
  • Retry in another browser or network.
  • If the issue persists, contact Support with the file type, size, and timestamp.

My export is missing content

Symptoms

  • Export runs, but expected items are not included.

Likely causes

  • Some items are out of scope for the selected project or framework.
  • Items are not linked as expected, for example evidence not attached to a control.

How to fix

  • Confirm the relevant framework is enabled in the project.
  • Confirm evidence is attached to the controls or requirements you expect to export.
  • If you expect something to be included but it isn’t, contact Support with an example item ID.
