Evidence upload fails
Symptoms
- Upload stalls, errors, or the artifact does not appear.
Likely causes
- File type or size constraints.
- Network interruption.
How to fix
- Try a smaller file or a supported format.
- Retry in another browser or network.
- If the issue persists, contact Support with the file type, size, and timestamp.

My export is missing content
Symptoms
- Export runs, but expected items are not included.
Likely causes
- Some items are out of scope for the selected project or framework.
- Items are not linked as expected, for example evidence not attached to a control.
How to fix
- Confirm the relevant framework is enabled in the project.
- Confirm evidence is attached to the controls or requirements you expect to export.
- If you expect something to be included but it isn’t, contact Support with an example item ID.
