  • You’re in the right organization and project.
  • Your role matches what you’re trying to do.
  • You can reproduce the issue in a private window or another browser.
  • You have the exact error text and a timestamp.

Collect this for Support

Include these details in your message to [email protected]:

  • organization name
  • project name
  • page URL
  • the action you took and what you expected
  • what happened instead and the exact error text
  • timestamp and timezone
  • screenshots if the UI is involved
